Application Form can be obtained (1) from the university office on payment of Rs.500/- in cash od DD

2. Through a requisition letter with name of course poted for detailed correspondence address with contact no and e-mail address along with a DD of Rs.600/- drawn on any nationalized bank in favour of Registrar Dr.D.Y.Patil Vidyapeeth payable at PUNE or  BY downloading from the university website .

Fee should not be sent by Money Oreder .The university shall not be responsible for any postal delay and loss in transit.Late fee for all courses shall be Rs.500/-.

Note : Information Brochure for MBBS/BDS can also obtained from selected branches of Andhra Bank  all over India after 15 th january 2013 .The list of Andhra Bank branches is avaliable on the university website.

 

  • Download the application form.
  • Fill up the information in own handwriting.
  • Paste photographs (taken from the same negative). Do not staple the Photographs. Attest it from the Principal of your college / any Gazetted Officer.
  • Forward the Application Form (duly filled in) along with a Demand Draft of Rs.2, 600/- (Rupees two thousand six hundred only) drawn on any nationalized Bank, in favour of 'The Registrar, Dr. D. Y. Patil Vidyapeeth" payable at Pune.
  • The last date of submission of application form (without late fee) is 04/05/2013
  • Send the Application forms mentioning over the envelop "APPLICATION FORM FOR AICET-2013 (MBBS)" addressed to

  • On Receipt of Application Form along with a DD of requisite amount, the Information Brochure will be sent at your given address by post / courier. The Information Brochure Serial Number shall be your Application Form Number for further correspondence, if any
