CMAT 2017 - Common Management Admission Test

AICTE will be conducting National Level Computer based Common Management Admission Test (CMAT-2017) on 28th & 29th January 2017 for facilitating AICTE approved Institutions, University Departments/Constituent Colleges/Affiliated Colleges to select suitable candidates for admission in Post Graduate Management Programmes for the academic year 2017-18.

About CMAT

Common Management Admission Test (CMAT) is a national level entrance examination conducted by All India Council for Technical Education (AICTE) every year as per the directions of Ministry of Human Resource Development (MHRD), Govt. of India

The CMAT is a three-hour computer based online test, which is conducted in a single session to evaluate the candidate’s ability across various segments like Quantitative Technique, Logical Reasoning, Language Comprehension and General Awareness
This test facilitates Institutions to select suitable graduate candidates for admission in all Management programmes

 

Eligibility

Eligibility Criteria for CMAT 2017

The candidates shall have to satisfy all the eligible conditions so as to apply for the examination. The CMAT 2017 Eligibility Criteria are illustrated here. The aspirant must satisfy the minimum eligibility criteria at the time of applying for CMAT 2017

Nationality

Indian nationals are eligible to apply for common management admission test

Academic Qualification

Candidates must have completed the graduates in any discipline can apply for CMAT 2017 exam. Final year students of Graduate Courses (10+2+3) whose result will be declared before commencement of admission for academic year 2017-18 can also apply for CMAT online exam

 
Registration Fee General/OBC Rs.1400/- plus bank charges as applicable; SC/ST/PD Rs.700/-
How to Apply

. Online Payment: You can select ONLINE PAYMENT mode and then do the payment using Credit card / Debit Card/Net Banking

ii) Cash Payment in SBI bank: You can select this option to pay by CASH at any of the designated SBI bank branch. Once you select this option and proceed, you will see a CHALLAN on your screen with your details already filled in it
You need to take 3 PRINT OUTS of this CHALLAN, fill in the details wherever required in all the copies, and walk in to your nearest SBI bank branch with CASH on the next day of generation of Challan. Cash Deposit will be accepted only from the next day of your Challan Generation
E.g. If you Generate and Print the Challan copies on 10th October 2016, then walk in to the nearest SBI bank branch with Challan copies and CASH from 11th October 2016 onwards
Similarly if you PRINT the CHALLAN copies on 10th October 2016, then walk in to the nearest SBI bank branch with Challan copies and CASH from 11th November 2016 onwards


Once your payment is successfully done, you will receive a confirmation E-mail and SMS. Once you have received the successful payment confirmation, you can proceed with the remaining part of registration process
